Authentic Belgian Waffles and Crêpes at The Belgian Press

Menu

Our menu is built around fresh, made‑to‑order waffles, crêpes, and crafted drinks. Every item is prepared when you order, either on the irons or at the drink station, using ingredients chosen for flavor and balance. Seasonal specials rotate throughout the year, and each dish is designed to feel warm, intentional, and a little indulgent.

Where We Serve

We keep a regular presence in Tuttle and also travel for pop‑ups, markets, and community events. Our current location and hours are always listed here. For private gatherings, we offer a curated menu and on‑site service for events of all sizes.

Our Philosophy

Indulge in a world of intentional flavors with The Belgian Press, a boutique waffle and drink trailer serving made‑to‑order Belgian waffles, hand‑spun crêpes, and a selection of expertly crafted sips. Each creation is built on thoughtful flavor pairing, featuring house‑made creams, warm compotes, and unique drizzles. Our menu includes refreshing fruit spritzers, bright lemonades, specialty iced teas, and creamy blended drinks that pair perfectly with any sweet treat.

Our Ingredients

We choose our ingredients with intention, balancing quality with the realities of a food‑trailer kitchen.

Some elements are house‑made, some are selected for consistency, all are chosen with care.

We aim for ingredients that are as clean as is practical without compromising flavor, accessibility, or the experience our guests expect.

Our focus is honest craft, thoughtful pairing, and creating something delicious.

Not chasing perfection, but making choices that make sense for who we are and how we serve.
